My friend went to buy an RV. Gave a 1000$ deposit. The financing didn't go through. The deal was off, the sale cancelled. A whole 30 days later - which is the amount of time Visa will allow a vendor to take to reimburse a customer, Beaudry RV had still not refunded him his 1000$, was not returning any of his emails or phone calls, and evidentely were screening the calls, because he could never go through and only ended up on voice mailboxes.
