My husband and I purchased treatments totaling $2700 from the Clackamas/Washington Square Portland, OR locations. We drive 200+ miles to have the treatments; we have had 3 so far. We were supposed to have one April 2nd and find out that theWashington Square locations had been evicted from the mall and the Clackamas locations phone has been disconnected. Can anyone respond and let us know what action they have taken or have any information on who to call. I tried calling the corp. office and the answering machine was full.
