Saxon during my modification or my mortgage, Saxon withheld three months payments, not applyingthem to my account, thus holding and using them to establish an escrow, making it look like I was three months behind on my mortgage. I even got a foreclosuer notice when in fact I had paid what was required. Saxon even reported to the credit bureaus I was 90 day behind on my mortgage, which was a lie and destroying my credit rating an ability ot even get a credit card.
