I received an auto loan from CPS in 2005 I had no problems with the company until the car was about paid off. I was late with the last 3 payments and this prompted the company to start with the phone calls. The company called on my home phone, cell phone and my work phone. I thought they just need a payment; ok it is my loan I will call to make arrangements. When I call the CSR was very, very, very rude.
