I am trying to get HIT to SIMPLY change my domain name. PAid $50 to get it done. Total incompetence. Can't edit my site either. I have to send it to them. What I really want to find out is if anyone has been succesuful ingetting any kind of a refund. I essential paid $800 for what I could have hire the votech school kid to do for $50 or $100.
