I found 3 large chunks of glass in Bryers Neopolitan ice cream. I called the product safety phone number and was told it was probably just an isolated incident but they would forward my information to customer service, who would call me back the next day. No one called from Bryers, so I called the grocery store where I bought the ice cream, just to give them a "heads up", hopefully making sure no one else bought the same type of ice cream.
