For the past 6 years a Dex Advertising rep. has come to our business to renew our annual advertising in their yellow pages. This year we were never contacted by our rep., when I called today to find out when our contract expired and when I might hear from a rep to make changes to our ad's, I was told that our ad had automatically renewed a month ago. And our monthly rate increased by $497.00! How can Dex do that??? No signed contract, no opportunity to make changes, no notice of any rate changes, no contact at all! read full review »
