I ordered a free trial of Ivory white tooth whitening system and gave these folks my debit card number to pay the $1 shipping fee and they ripped me off! First, they sent me a complete system when I did not ask for it. Second, they later debited my bank account for $78.41 for that unauthorized charge. When I contacted customer service about returning the product they said I needed a RA # to be written on the side of the box and if anything was damaged I would only get $45 back.
