I didn't expect such bad service from UPS. I called 1800PICKUPS to ship a package via UPS ground and gave the address (in Manhattan). I asked them to come between 6-7 pm (7 pm is last pickup time for next day delivery), they said fine, and didn't show up. I called that evening, and asked why, and was told that they came but "the package was not ready". This is obviously wrong, since the doorman would have called us.
