It seems whenever I go to Dunkin Donuts -- rarely these days -- I end up with poor service and the wrong order. Monday morning (October 5, 2009) was no exception. Around 10 a.m., I went to the location in Albany, New York, near Crossgates Mall. As usual, there was a line all the way around the shop at the drive-through.
