I recently placed an order thru an online vendor who accepted Paypal . When I was ask to verify I could not find the pay options. Granted I should have just canceled the order but I was thinking I could just go over to Paypal and change the funding source. Well when I went to Paypal it would NOT let me change the funding source. This was very important since I knew that the bank account it was tied to only had $7.77 in it and the payment would "bounce".
