I had a flood in my downstairs area of my home on 8-10-09. We are still waiting for a check from BofA, and each time we call are given a different answer. They are rude, put me on hold for 30 -45 minutes each call, and the only thing that seems to be consistent is "I do apologize for your inconvenience." We don't have carpet, are forced to eat out, and are completely out of our minds with frustration over Bank of America 's lack of professionalism, timing, and at my last count they had lost our paperwork 3 times.
