I received a $200 Expedia coupon from Expedia.com for travel taken in Q4 2008. It is good for a travel packaged of 5 nights+ air/hotel - must be booked and taken by end of February. The coupon appears in 'My Account' but there is no way to redeem it. I've sent emails to customer service who refer me to the 800-397-3342 number.
