On October 6, I visited store number2547 in West Melbourne, Florida to make a return. The first person I spoke to-Jim- was very courteous. The next-Diane-was fine. I know I had a problem that would not easily be taken care of. I had a game CD that I had returned two times because every time I put it in the drawer of my computer, it popped right back out. I do understand about copyright laws, but I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot keep traveling back and forth to keep returning a CD that is defective.
