After repeatedly changing their interest rates, I called in to close my 5-figure savings account. I was informed by the first agent that they would charge me to transfer the funds to another institution, or I could wait 7-10 business days for a check. I couldn't believe it and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to a manager by the name of "Bryan" who told me they would not send a check because of the balance amount, nor would they waive the $3 transfer fee.
