When you sign up for DTV, you sign a contract for 18 months, but the contract is only good for them, the customer has no rights. You sign up for a package, with a certain amount of channels that you want, but they can pull a channel from your package when ever they want, and will not lower your monthly bill. I called customer service and could get no satisfaction from some so called supervisor. Also the first agent was snotty and rude. Direct TV doesn't give a damn about the customer. read full review »
