I have a blackberry phone with unlimited talk/text and data usage. I am being charged $119.99 per month. Verizon lowered their price on this package to $89.99 per month. I pay through my phone and was not aware of this until I opened my paper statement. This has been going on for several months or longer. I contacted customer service and was told that Verizon does not automatically lower the customers fees when they lower charges. The customer must place an order for this.
