After calling and getting through finally I was told that the last payment of certain amount will be taken on 11-08-09 by Direct Debit. This was all done. We were waiting for final statement, instead received a statementfor the last year only asking a staement closing balance. Nobody mentioned this before and why GMAC cant take this payment by DD is very puzzling. Any way after waisting and waiting for 1hr and 40 minutes in total we made the payment and even then the adviser over the phone kept saying "you have to get clearance". All I... read full review »
