This company took my money, sent a bunch of non-English speaking installers out with the wrong carpeting so I stopped them from installing it. National Floors Direct said they would resolve the issue and pulled the guys off the job. Tony (the supervisorfrom NFD) kept promising he would come out to resolve the issue but and stood me up on 2 occasions then he just stopped answering my calls. There is no supervisor above him.
