I order several hands free phone adaptors for Christmas gifts. they never arrived until three weeks after Christmas. Two didn't work and since they came so long after Christmas, I didn't need two others. I have returned the unused merchandise and have contacted the company several times but even though they have promised to send a refund of $100, I never received the check. read full review »
