I made arrangement with this company over a year ago when my job was "down-sized" and my husband has been disabled since 2002. I've been making monthly payments and they have cashed all but the last 2 months payments. I received a lettler yesterday demanding payment in full - that I have not complied in making arrangements with this company. They are not professional and very rude. I refuse to talk on the phone with them again. I sent them a certified/return receipt letter with copies of all the checks they have cashed. I honestly don't think this will ever end.
