My experience with this company was horrendous. The company's customer service is the worst service I have even experienced as they have an extremely difficult time in answering their phone and not calling back even though they promise they will. In the latest example, today I spoke with Michael at 9:30 AM, who claims to be a manager and rudely told me that he would call me back after 3 PM without even listening to my situation.
