Signed a 2 year Contract in June 2008 and thought my contract would be up in June 2010, Now I find that because I changed Equipment in Jan 2009 that started my 2 years all over again. There is an addendum in the contract that says if you make any changes to the equipment your contract starts from that date all over even if you only had 1 month left, no one ever made me aware of this nor did the installer tell me of this when he installed the system. I have spoken to several supervisors without any satisfaction I want out of my contract in June and it is obvious that they intent for people to fall in this trap. read full review »
