I received a call from United Travel Network. It was difficult to understand the 'agent' but I did want to listen to see what company he was from. What threw me off was he kept saying that I signed up for this and 'won'. I cannot remember ever signing up for something, but he had a specific date...so I agreed to listen to the rest of his speech.
