Direct Tv- such a bad experience. I am a new customer. Initially I talked to 7 different people got 7 different prices. I was on the phone 2 hours. They promised rebates off your D-tv bill and AT&T bill. So I went and signed up for my rebated when my bill came it was not on there. So I called in to get it fixed was on the phone another 30 mins. Had to ask to speak to a supervisor to get them to give me the rebate. Then I found out that I had to call AT&T for their supposed discount.
