I had Uverse installed. The tech that came out to install it did a terrible job. He actually zip-tied the outside box to my power pole. The zip-ties have since broken and the box is now hanging upside down against my house. They said they would be happy to fix it, they will only charge me $55 for the service call. I believe I will be going back to Time-Warner, at least I felt like they appreciated my business. read full review »
