DirecTv is a horrible company. I have not one good thing to say about them. I moved locations and they weren't able to transfer the service as there was no line of sight, however, i still was sent a $200 statement for an early cancellation fee. I called on multiple occasions to have this reversed as it was not my fault, and by 3 separate managers I was told these charges were being taken off of my account and I had nothing to worry about.
