october 3, 2009 i ordered a computer for my home.at the time i thought it was a good laway agreement until i was sent a statement.when i say how much i was going to pay for the computer($2, 075.00) i felt that was very expencive and called the toll free number to cancel my order..so on 10/09/09 @ 2:15pm i called and spoke to janell and cancled the order and was told i would recieve a refund with in so many buisness days..well, i still have not recieved a refund by mail or by draft back to my banking account or even as much as a credit..i tryed... read full review »
