applied for loan modification one year ago, they kept asking for pay stubs which sometimes i sent three times before they accept to receive it.finally i was decline for loan mod. for loan amount above the government limit and my property scheduled to be sold on may 6, 2010.i was also decline for repayment plan.pls help.they are about to kick me out on the street after i paid 20% down to purchase this property and was given an adjustable rate. litton loan supervisors, Donna Jeandritza, and Wanita Gonzalez has said nothing more need to be done than to foreclose on me. loan #0019295260 read full review »
