On July 3rd, 2008. I received a phone call from the Clearbreeze Solutions. Ofcourse, the representative was very courteous and giving words promising credit card debt percentage reduction. In inquiring with the company's representative, he told me in order for them guarantee me a $4, 000 savings in the percentages, there would be a fee of $990. I authorized the charge.
