Asurion BLOWS. They make it impossible to talk to a live person. I opened a claim on their website (www.phoneclaim.com) when I lost my phone. That night I found it, so being the OCD motherfucker that I am, I thought I would go cancel the claim. The website wouldn’t allow me to do it, they had no contact info and the phone system wouldn’t transfer me to a person.
