Signed a contract with Realty Properties on 12/30/2009. To date (04/21/2010) I have not received one valid buyer offer for the sale of my timeshare in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Was given a name of a prospective buyer but when contacted by email twice received no response. Realty Properties said they were also unable to get a response from the buyer (strange I thought).
