FINALLY!!! It took EIGHT months of repeated calls, letters and complaint forms but, I have just now received my full refund for their contaminated Slimfast product. To any other victims out there, DO NOT GIVE UP, keep after Unilever by filing formal complaints with the Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs in your state of residence, the Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs in New Jersey (where Unilever is located) and also file with the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey. All consumers who have not yet received their refunds for the contaminated Slimfast product recalled in December 2009 should do what I have done. I too waited 12 weeks for my refund while making numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact a real person at Unilever.
