I had cancelled my alarm monitoring contract with Stanley Security Solutions after I was charged a $ 175.00 service call for 5 minutes of blowing air on my keypad. I cancelled in writing by email as well as by phone. I was contacted by their agent and told the person I had contacted no longer works for them and was not very good at doing his paperwork so I had to pay them an extra $ 215.00 to cancell my account. I have tried to work this out with them and they do not return calls and have now turned me over to collections. The original contract I had signed was with Honeywell. I do not have a contract with these crooks. read full review »
