After moving to Virginia from Ohio, we opened a checking/"keep the change" savings account with Bank of America. Nothing but problems from the get go...! My first payroll check was held for 1 week (all but $100)...no one told me that would happen when I opened acct. Apparently since it was drawn on another bank..that is why. Ridiculous! I was told this would only happen once...hah..it happened again, and again. My fiance' received his bank card 1 day prior to going out of state for training for his new job.
