My husband works in construction. Everyone is aware that if there is inclement weather there is NO work. Plus think about the bad winter we had this year. I called to ask if I can pay the past due balance into 2 installments. They replied that you can only make an extension for the full amount for 7 days. So I called back when the extension was up and I paid 50% of the past due amount to get an extension for the balance for 7 more days and was denied.
