GMAC has my car loan and I have automatic electronic payment from my financial institution. On 04/05/2010 when the payment was to be taken out it was not. I had money in the account and in speaking to GMAC they said it was an computer error on their part. When the payment did not arrive they must have sent my information to JP Morgan Chase for bill collection.
