On Wednesday March 3, 2010 while driving home from my university, I experienced some stiffness in my steering when making turns. Being very dependant on my car I immediately headed over to the Pepboys in Elmont store #180. The service representative inquired about my problem and I informed her that I was having a hard time when turning she asked me if I checked the power steering fluid and I informed her that it was not empty.
