I, too, was robbed of $78.41. While insisting to Heather that she would refund my money, she told me not to insult her intelligence, (which I never brought up for discussion because you can't insult something thats not present). The dates of cancellation and withdrawel from my bank account certainly do not match up with her computer data. I am boycotting their products. I will get satisfaction by purchasing merchandise from their competitors. Hope others will join me. read full review »
