I authorized a payment and they deduct from my account another. Now I am trying to get a payment letter and the only thing that I get from them is nasty answers and they hang up on me. I am buying a house and I need that letter. If someone can help me please let me know as soon as possible. One of the costumer service toll me to get someone who speak English Eluding my Spanish accent and them she hangs up on me. They do not have any respect to customer and I do not know how they are still in business. read full review »
