When CENLAR bought out Taylor, Bean & Whitaker, which was in July 2009, my mortgage went to CENLAR. I, along with my representatives, ACORN, at the time, sent in what CENLAR wanted to evaluate a remodification of my mortgage. Nothing was done, nor were we ever contacted and in late December of '09, I called CENLAR again and was told that they had received nothing.
