This has been ongoing since our kitchen was installed in August 2008. The tracks on the drawers are faulty. The wheels are breaking down and we have had the rep. here three times to adjust the drawers. He ordered 2 inserts in January and now it is late April 2010 and we are told that the rep has been too busy to come to Nanaimo to install. The man says that we don't need to worry, there is a 10 year guarantee and he doesn't mind coming here to fix.
