Horrible!!! Don't ever buy from Bobs! Its been 2 months since I bought my sofa and still no due date for delivery. Seriously how long does it take to deliver a sofa! Customer service is horrible!!! When the sofa was first purchased I was told it would take a few weeks and it was never mentioned that it would take beyond a month. You call back to ask why and the receptionist can't even answer any of your questions. Its definitely worth paying a little extra for better customer service elsewhere...really its not worth paying less for a headache. read full review »
