My 4 yr old tripped the alarm, i tried to set the alarm it would not accept.Called Ackerman (by the way it took them 8 mins to respond to the alarm going off)I asked for service, I was told we do not service equipment! Well, that's not what I was told 30 months ago.He responded- "for $18.95 monthly you're getting what you pay for" and hanged up the phone! Shame on you Ackerman!Word in my sub-division will get around!Especially when the safety factor is talked about. 8mins for a call on a trip alarm! read full review »
