Authorize.net operates with unethical practices. I could not load their product to my website and they started billing me without clear communication. Their website is not user friendly. Their fees are not communicated very well, if they were I would not have been so surprised when a debit to my brand new business checking account hit. I was charged for the insuf. funds by them and my bank. a 10.00 charged cost me 58.00. I had not even gone live with their product before I was charged.
