I ordered a Sony Disc Explorer 4oo about 6 weeks ago. They did not have it in stock, but the sales person asked me to let him check his source. A minute later, he replied that he could get it for me. I was happy to have found someone who could sell me one as this one model has been discontinued. The sales person immediately charged my account for $472.75.I called them back when I had not received an email for a receipt of the order number and payment made.
