We have been Verizon customers for the last 3 years, and up until 6 months ago, we were pleased. Our last 6 bills have had unauthorized fees for seervices we did not order. When we call Verizon they transfer us to the 3rd party company, who tells us they will stop billing and refund us the money. yet each month, we keep finding the fees on our bill that range from $8-30each time.
