My husband and I bought a central unit a couple of months ago from sears . We told the sales rep when he came out that we are adding on to our house and he told us that when we were ready to call him and he would come out and create a new contract to put duct work in the new rooms (2 of them) it has been going on 3 weeks and we are unable to contact him he wont return our calls he keeps promising his supervisor that he is coming out and never shows up.
