For the SECOND time, I made an order that NEVER got sent until I called to inquire about it. Of course, no apologies, just, "we will send it out". One time I was on hold TEN MINUTES to only be disconnected. Although my order number has my telephone number, they don't call yo back so you have to wait on hold another ten minutes to get through. The customer service people have a "customer is always wrong" attitude. read full review »
