Where is this darn survey? I had excellent service in the Knoxville Store on Saturday and wanted to complete a survey because of the great help I received from "KATE"...(which, according to the receipt had to be filled out within 48 hrs) but I have been on the website for 20 mins looking for it and wanting to print my $10.00 coupon...such a waste of time - I tried on Saturday when I had a few minutes and now again today...would corporate pls e-mail me the link or I will go in the store AGAIN and complain because of this waste of time and midleading of thie $10.00 coupon deal... read full review »
